- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 cups milk (scalded)
- 1 cup heavy cream (or whipping cream, scalded)
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat & Prepare Dish
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 2-quart shallow baking dish.
