Ingredients

- ½ cup syrup (light or dark corn syrup, warmed slightly)

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare Sugar Syrup
- Dissolve ½ cup brown sugar in ⅓ cup water over medium heat.
- Bring to a boil and simmer for 1 minute.
- Allow to cool slightly.
Step 2: Mix Dry Ingredients
- In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, wheat germ, whole wheat flour, and raisins (if using).
