Raisin Berry Relish is a tangy-sweet condiment combining the bold tartness of cranberries with the sweetness of orange juice, raisins, and sugar. Popular around holidays, especially Thanksgiving, it serves as a vibrant accompaniment to turkey, ham, or roast poultry. This relish is simmered slowly to extract maximum flavor and develops a rich, jewel-toned texture with bursts of fruit. Unlike raw cranberry sauces, this cooked version has a jammy depth that improves after chilling and is perfect for gifting or serving in glass jars.
