  • 3 to 3½ lbs beef short ribs
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • cups canned tomatoes
  • 1 green pepper (large, diced)
  • 2 onions (small, chopped)
  • 2 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 dash cayenne
  • ¼ tsp dried oregano (crushed)

Instructions
 

Step 1: Brown Ribs

  • Heat oil or shortening in a skillet.
