- 30 oz cannellini beans, (rinsed, drained, and coarsely mashed)
- 10 oz tuna (drained)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (sliced)
- ¼ cup fresh parsley (minced )
- 6 tortilla wraps

- Combine lemon juice, minced red onion, salt, and black pepper. Whisk in olive oil. Set aside.
Step 2: Prepare Filling
