  • 58 oz pears (cut up)
  • 1 lb red grapes (peeled and halved)
  • ½ cup white vinegar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¾ tsp whole allspice
  • ½ tsp whole cloves
  • 4-5 sticks cinnamon (broken into pieces)
