- 58 oz peaches (cut up)
- 58 oz pears (cut up)
- 1 lb red grapes (peeled and halved)
- ½ cup white vinegar
- ½ tsp salt
- ¾ tsp whole allspice
- ½ tsp whole cloves
- 4-5 sticks cinnamon (broken into pieces)
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare Ingredients
- Drain juices from pears and peaches.
- Combine all fruit in a large pot with vinegar and salt.
Step 2: Spice Infusion
- Wrap allspice, cloves, and cinnamon in cheesecloth or a spice bag.
- Add to the pot.
