Instructions
Step 1: Boil Sweet Potatoes
- In a 4½-quart Dutch oven, cook sweet potatoes (covered) in enough boiling salted water to cover for 30 to 40 minutes or until tender.
- Drain, peel, and quarter potatoes.

- Return potatoes to the Dutch oven.
