
Green Sisters’ Pecan Pie

Ingredients
- 1 ea. Pastry for 9" crust pe
- 3 ea. eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ⅔ cup Brown sugar
- ¼ tsp salt
- ⅓ cup butter or less
- 1 cup Dark Karo sysrup
- 1 cup Pecan halves
Instructions
- Beat with a rotary beater: the eggs, vanilla, brown sugar, salt, butter, Karo syrup and the pecan halves.
- Pour into pastry lined pan.
- Bake until set and pastry is nicely brown
