English Pea Casserole is a classic mid-century comfort dish combining frozen peas, creamy mushroom soup, crunchy celery, sweet bell peppers, and savory water chestnuts. It’s lightly seasoned and topped with crumbled cheese crackers for a crispy golden finish.
