These Chicken & Sesame Bites are the perfect make-ahead appetizer that tastes as clever as it is convenient. Lean chunks of chicken are marinated in a soy sauce, lemon juice, and sherry mixture, then quickly sautéed in butter and rolled in nutty toasted sesame seeds for a delicious finish. With most of the prep work done in advance, they’re a go-to favorite for parties or potlucks. Served with toothpicks, they offer a bite-sized burst of flavor that's savory, tangy, and slightly sweet.
