- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 2 cups celery with leaves (chopped )
- 1 tomato (large, peeled, cored, and cut into wedges)
- 1 cups dried lentils (rinsed)
- 3 quarts water
- ¼ tsp Tabasco sauce
- 1½ tsp salt
- 8 oz frozen chopped spinach (thawed)
Instructions
Step 1: Sauté Base
