- 2 cups skim milk
Instructions
Step 1: Mix Dry Ingredients
- Combine whole wheat flour, oat bran or oatmeal, and baking powder in a large bowl.
Step 2: Add Wet Ingredients
- Pour in the skim milk and stir until just combined.
Step 3: Spoon into Muffin Tins
- Lightly grease muffin tins. Spoon the batter into each cup, filling about ¾ full.
Step 4: Bake
- Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 15–18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
