- 2 lbs frankfurters (or any smoked sausage)
- 1-2 cans beer

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Sausages
- Place frankfurters in a large saucepan.
- Add enough beer to cover the sausages.
Step 2: Add Vegetables & Seasoning
- Add sliced onions, carrots, and Worcestershire sauce to the pan.
Step 3: Simmer the Mixture

- Rinse sauerkraut with cold water and drain well.
