Chicken-Broccoli Casserole is a classic American comfort dish that rose to popularity in the mid-20th century when condensed soups became a pantry staple. Combining tender chicken, fresh broccoli, and creamy soup with a hint of curry and lemon, this casserole balances richness with brightness. The mayonnaise adds smooth texture while the curry powder introduces subtle warmth. It’s baked until bubbly and golden, making it a reliable family dinner and potluck favorite. The combination of hearty protein and wholesome vegetables makes it both satisfying and nostalgic.
