  • 1 can artichoke hearts (marinated, drained and chopped)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp parsley (chopped )
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt (or to taste)
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ lemon (Juice of )

Optional:

  • extra Parmesan cheese (for toppin)
  • breadcrumbs (for toppin)

Instructions
 

Step 1: Prep Ingredients

  • Drain and chop the artichoke hearts.
  • Mince garlic and chop parsley.

Step 2: Mix Base

  • In a bowl, combine artichokes, breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, and Parmesan.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  • Add olive oil and mix thoroughly.

Step 3: Layer and Bake

  • Grease a casserole dish.
  • Pour mixture into dish and spread evenly.
  • Sprinkle with extra cheese and breadcrumbs if desired.
  • Bake at 350°F for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
