Ingredients
Apple Crisp
- 6 Medium apples (Peeled and sliced)
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- ¼ cup sugar
Topping
- ½ cup Flour
- ½ cup Regular salted oats
- ½ cup Brown sugar (Firmly packed)
- ¼ cup Granulated sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- ¼ tsp Nutmeg
- 6 tbsp Butter
Serve over
- Ice cream
- Whipped cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375℉
- Place sliced apples in a bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice and sugar. Toss the apples to coat evenly with the sugar and lemon juice. Arrange the apple slices in an ungreased 9" pie plate
- combine flour, oats, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Cut the butter into the mix. Sprinkle the mixture over the apples.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Let cool on a wire rack for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Serve warm over ice cream and top with whipped cream if desired.
