Instructions
Step 1: Prep Vegetables
- Cut onions into eighths. Slice squash, zucchini, and bell peppers into ½-inch pieces. Thinly slice garlic.
Step 2: Combine in Pan
- Place all chopped vegetables and garlic into a 13″ x 9″ baking dish.
Step 3: Mix Dressing
