Ingredients
- 8 onions (medium, peeled)
- 2 tbsp butter

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare Onions
- Cut out the centers of each peeled onion to form a hollow shell. Leave the outer layers intact. Finely chop the removed center pieces.
Step 2: Sauté Onion Centers
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion centers and sauté until golden brown.
Step 3: Mix Filling
- Remove from heat.
- Add salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese, and crushed croutons.
- Mix until well combined.
Step 4: Stuff Onions
- Spoon the filling mixture into the hollowed onions, packing gently.
Step 5: Bake
