Ingredients

- ⅔ cup light corn syrup
- 2 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare Muffin Cups
- Line 12 (2 ½ inch) muffin cups with paper liners or small cups.
Step 2: Melt Chocolate Mixture
- In a 3-quart saucepan, combine chocolate and corn syrup.
- Stir over low heat until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in 1/2 cup heavy cream until blended. Let cool for 15 minutes or until thickened.
