Ingredients
- 2 cups butter
- 3 cups sugar
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 4 ea eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 4 cups flour
- 5 cups oatmeal (blended)
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 24 oz. chocolate chips
- 1 8 oz. Hershey bar (grated)
- 3 cups chopped nuts
Instructions
- Measure and blend in a blender the oatmeal to a fine powder.
- Cream butter and both sugars, add eggs and vanilla.
- Mix together with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder and baking soda.
- Add chips, candy and nuts.
- Roll into balls and place 2" apart on cookie sheet.
- Bake for 6 minutes at 375ºF
