Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • Green peppers
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Celery Stalk
  • 1 pkg Chicken Noodle Soup Mix
  • 2 ¼ cups Water (boiling)
  • ½ cups Rice (uncooked)
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • cups butter

Instructions
 

  • Brown and drain the ground beef.

  • Add green peppers, onion and celery to the meat and sauté.

  • Boil the water and combine the chicken noodle soup mix, the rice, the salt and the butter. Cook for 20 minutes.

  • Add the meat mixture and pour all the mixed ingredients in a greased baking dish.
  • Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
