- Green peppers
- 1 Onion
- 1 Celery Stalk
- 1 pkg Chicken Noodle Soup Mix
- 2 ¼ cups Water (boiling)
- ½ cups Rice (uncooked)
- ¼ tsp salt
- ⅛ cups butter
Instructions
- Brown and drain the ground beef.1 lb Ground beef

- Add the meat mixture and pour all the mixed ingredients in a greased baking dish.
- Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
