Ingredients
  

  • lbs Stew meat or roast (cut in 1" pieces)
  • 2 stalks Celery (cut)
  • 4 Carrots (cut to bite size)
  • 3 Medium potatoes (cubed)
  • 2 Medium Onions (cubed)
  • 1 can Tomato soup
  • ½ cup Water
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp Dried parsley
  • ½ tsp Oregano
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 300℉
  • Cut up the beef in 1" cubes
  • Cut the celery, carrots, potatoes, and onions.
  • Mix all the ingredients and put in an baking dish.
  • Put the baking dish in the oven for 3½ hours.
