- 1 ¼ cups light cream (undiluted, or evaporated milk)
- ¾ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- Paprika (for sprinkling)
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare Pie Shell
- Bake the 9-inch pie shell for 7 minutes at 350°F. Do not prick the shell.
- Let it cool while preparing the filling.
Step 2: Cook Sausage
- Brown the sausage in a skillet.
- Break into small pieces and drain well on paper towels.
Step 3: Layer Ingredients
- Sprinkle chopped hard-boiled eggs into the bottom of the pie shell.
- Top with cooked sausage and shredded cheeses.
