Ingredients
  

  • 1 onion (diced)
  • 1 stick margarine (or butter)
  • 1 cup Cheese Whiz
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups Minute Rice
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • 20 oz broccoli & cauliflower (mixed, frozen or fresh)
  • 1 lb cooked meat (chicken, turkey, or ham)

Instructions
 

Step 1: Sauté Aromatics

  • Dice the onion.
  • Sauté the onion in margarine until soft and translucent.

Step 2: Combine Ingredients

  • In a large bowl, mix together Cheese Whiz, mushroom soup, Minute Rice, and water.
  • Add the sautéed onions and stir to combine.

Step 3: Add Vegetables and Meat

  • Stir in the broccoli and cauliflower.
  • Fold in the cooked, diced meat of your choice.

Step 4: Bake

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Pour mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  • Bake for 1 hour until bubbly and golden on top.
