Streusel Topping:

Instructions
 

Step 1: Combine Dry Ingredients

  • In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

Step 2: Mix Wet Ingredients

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, pumpkin, and oil until well combined.

Step 3: Combine Mixtures
