  • 3 tbsp butter
  • ½ cup chopped nuts
  • ½ cup flavor fruit preserves
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 16 oz refrigerated biscuits
  • ½ cup powdered sugar (sifted )
  • 4 tsp milk

Instructions
 

Step 1: Prepare Pan and Mixture

  • Grease the bottom and sides of a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  • In a small saucepan, melt butter.
  • Stir in chopped nuts, fruit preserves, and cinnamon.
  • Bring mixture to a boil.

Step 2: Assemble Biscuits

  • Separate biscuit dough into 20 individual biscuits.
  • Coat both sides of each biscuit with the hot preserve mixture.
  • Fold each biscuit in half.

Step 3: Layer in Pan

  • Arrange folded biscuits side down in pan to form 4 rows of 5 biscuits.
  • Pour any remaining preserve mixture on top.

Step 4: Bake

  • Bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes.
  • Check that the loaf is deep golden brown and center is no longer doughy.

Step 5: Cool and Glaze

  • Cool for 5 minutes in the pan.
  • Remove loaf from pan.
  • Combine powdered sugar and milk to make a glaze.
  • Drizzle glaze over the loaf.

Step 6: Serve

  • Serve warm or cool.
  • Pull apart biscuit sections to enjoy.
