Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup prunes (dried & pitted )
  • 1 ¼ cup apricots (dried )
  • ¼ cup figs (dried )
  • ¼ cup dates (pitted )
  • cup corn flakes (crushed )
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 ½ oz chocolate cake (melted, or semisweet chocolate)

Optional:

  • Coconut or nuts for rolling ( or nuts for rolling)

Instructions
 

Step 1: Soften Fruits

  • Let prunes and apricots stand in boiling water for 5 minutes.
  • Drain well.

Step 2: Chop and Mix

  • Finely chop prunes, apricots, figs, and dates.
  • Add to a bowl and blend with crushed corn flakes.

Step 3: Add Sweeteners

  • Blend in honey and melted chocolate.
  • Mix thoroughly until evenly combined.

Step 4: Form Nuggets

  • Butter hands.
  • Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls.

Step 5: Coat and Chill

  • Roll balls in coconut or crushed nuts if desired.
  • Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
