Ingredients
  

  • 2 squares bitter chocolate (melted over hot water)

  • ¼ cup cream ( or evaporated milk)
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp butter

  • Melt 2 squares of Baker’s chocolate over hot water using a double boiler. Set aside to cool slightly.

  • In a bowl, cream together the butter and confectioners’ sugar until smooth and fluffy.

Step 3: Mix Egg and Cream

  • Beat the egg, then blend in the cream or evaporated milk.

Step 4: Combine and Beat

  • Add the chocolate to the sugar mixture.
  • Pour in the egg and cream mixture.
  • Beat the entire mixture well until thick and creamy.

Step 5: Add Vanilla

  • Stir in vanilla extract and mix until fully incorporated.
