Instructions
Step 1: Mix & Prepare Crust
- In a bowl, mix the crushed Rice Chex, brown sugar, melted butter, coconut, and chopped pecans.
Step 2: Layer Base
- Press 2/3 of the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13-inch pan to form a crust.
Step 3: Add Ice Cream
