Equipment

  • 1 10" Quiche Pan
  • 1 blender
  • 1 measuring cup set

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Eggs
  • cups Milk, or half & half
  • ½ cup Bisquick
  • ½ cup Cheddar Cheese
  • ½ cup Swiss Cheese
  • ½ cup Ham or bacon (Bacon should be crisp and crumbled)
  • ¼ cup Sliced green onions
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350℉
  • Put the eggs, milk/half & half, Bisquick, and salt in a blender.
  • Put the ham/bacon, cheese and green onion in a slightly buttered 10" quiche pan.
  • Blend the bisquick mixture and pour it over the ham-cheese mixture. Press the ham or cheese down if they float to the top.
  • Bake for 45 minutes.
  • Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
