Ingredients

  • Egg – 1, well beaten
  • Powdered Sugar – 1/2 cup
  • Butter – 1/4 cup
  • Baking Powder – 2 tsp
  • Baking Soda – 1/4 tsp
  • Sifted Flour – 1 cup
  • Milk – 2/3 cup

Instructions

  1. Cream sugar and butter, add egg and beat well.
  2. Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with milk.
  3. Have pancake griddle on medium flame and make one heaping teaspoon on griddle at a time.
  4. May also be served cold.
  5. Keep in wax paper.
