Ingredients

  • Chicken – 3 lbs
  • Butter – 4 Tbsp
  • Honey – 1/2 cup
  • Salt – 1 tsp
  • Mustard = 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. Cut, wash and dry the chicken and remove skin if desired.
  2. Melt the butter and add the honey, salt and mustard.
  3. Roll chicken in mixture to coat.
  4. Arrange meaty side up in single layer and cover with remaining sauce.
  5. Bake 1 hour or till tender and glazed.
  6. HINT – Good with rice, peas and a green salad with mandarin oranges.
