- Chicken – 3 lbs
- Butter – 4 Tbsp
- Honey – 1/2 cup
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Mustard = 1/4 cup
- Cut, wash and dry the chicken and remove skin if desired.
- Melt the butter and add the honey, salt and mustard.
- Roll chicken in mixture to coat.
- Arrange meaty side up in single layer and cover with remaining sauce.
- Bake 1 hour or till tender and glazed.
- HINT – Good with rice, peas and a green salad with mandarin oranges.
