Stoneware Cookie Mold Cookie Recipes

Chocolate Cookie Ingredients

  • Butter – 3/4 cup
  • Eggs – 2
  • Baking Powder – 2 tsp
  • Sugar – 3/4 cup
  • Vanilla – 1 tsp
  • Flour – 2 3/4 cups
  • Unsweetened Chocolate – 3 oz, melted

Chocolate Cookie Instructions

  1. Cream sugar and butter.
  2. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
  3. Add baking powder and flour, one cup at a time, mixing after each addition.
  4. Stir in chocolate.
  5. If dough is too stiff, add a tsp of water.
  6. Chill 2 hours.
  7. Spray mold with oil and flour, and press stiff cookie dough into mold, and level off.
  8. OR shape cookies as desired.
  9. Bake at 400° for 6 to 8 minutes.

Shortbread Ingredients

  • Butter – 3/4 cup
  • Sugar – 1/4 cup
  • Flour – 2 cups

Shortbread Instructions

  1. Cream butter and sugar, work in flour.
  2. If dough is crumbly, mix in 1 to 2 Tbsp of butter.
  3. Refrigerate 2 hours.
  4. Spray mold with oil and flour, press stiff cookie dough into mold, level off.
  5. OR Shape as desired.
  6. Bake at 350° for about 15 minutes.
