Baked Potato with Bay Leaf

- Russet Potato – one per person
- Bay Leaf – one per potato
- Butter –
- Salt – to taste
- Pepper – to taste
- Split raw potato down the middle.
- Insert bay leaf, pat of butter, and salt and pepper.
- Wrap in aluminum foil.
- Bake 425° for about 40 minutes, or until tender.
- Use one potato for each person.
