Ingredients

  • Russet Potato – one per person
  • Bay Leaf – one per potato
  • Butter –
  • Salt – to taste
  • Pepper – to taste

Instructions

  1. Split raw potato down the middle.
  2. Insert bay leaf, pat of butter, and salt and pepper.
  3. Wrap in aluminum foil.
  4. Bake 425° for about 40 minutes, or until tender.
  5. Use one potato for each person.
