Ingredients

  • Brown Sugar – 1 1/2 cups
  • Oil – 1/2 cup (or Oleo)
  • Egg – 1
  • Buttermilk – 1 cup
  • Flour – 2 cups
  • Baking Soda – 1 tsp
  • Salt – 1/2 tsp
  • Rhubarb – 2 cups, diced
  • Sugar – 1/2 cup
  • Cinnamon – 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients brown sugar to rhubarb.
  2. Pour batter in 9″ x 12″ pan.
  3. Cover with remaining sugar cinnamon mix.
  4. Bake for 1 hour at 350°.
