Ingredients

  • Graham Crackers – 2 cups, crushed
  • Powdered Sugar – 6 Tbsp
  • Butter – 1/2 cup, melted
  • Cream – 1 cup, whipped
  • Rhubarb – 4 cups, diced
  • Sugar – 2 cups
  • Strawberry Jello – 1 package
  • Mini Marshmallows – 2 cups

Instructions

  1. Line bottom of large pan with crust made from crackers, powdered sugar and butter.
  2. Bake 3 minutes and cool.
  3. Stirring carefully – rhubarb and sugar.
  4. Dissolve Jello and marshmallows in hot rhubarb and cool and add whipped cream.
  5. Put in refrigerator.
  6. OPTIONAL – Can put chopped nuts on top.
