Ingredients

  • Onion chopped
  • Green pepper chopped
  • Oil
  • Noodles – 2 cups
  • Cooked chicken or turkey – 2 cups
  • Mushroom soup – 1 can
  • Cream of chicken soup – 1 can
  • Croutons or french fried onion

Instructions

  1. Sauté onion and pepper in oil.
  2. Cook noodles.
  3. Mix all together and top with croutons or french fried onion.
  4. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes
